r session at the office of said Board on Friday July f 7th,f 7th,
lops, at 10 O'Clook A. Me All the members bf sad Board being present,
viz; Yossrss, Zeller, Davenport and Rosa. The following proceedings
were had, To —wits
Resolution number 15 was taken up and considered, and after hearing
all persons who appeared and being fully advised In the premises, the
Board decided that the benefits to property liable to be assessed for
the improvement therein designated, are equal to its estimated costs
as the same appears from the report of the City Civil Engineer, and
thereupon the Board takes final notion on said Resolution, as origi—
rally adopted, the same being conflrned wltherit rodiftentien.
Resolution number Sixteen (16) (*ere insert) was then considered,
and after hearing all persons who epreared, and being fully adv'.sed
in the promisee the Board by unanimous vote did thereupon rescind
Said Resolution.
The matter of the complaint of Mitchell and Hires was referred to
the Street Commissioner for investigation and rennrt.
There being no further business the Hood did t'-.ereuren
adjourn.
