B & W Construction Co. of NJ, Inc. $ 73,446.95 2. J. Fletcher Creamer & Son, Inc. $ 88,270.35 3. Montana Construction Corp., Inc. $ 121,717.60 I Adopted this 19" day of July, 2018 And certified as a true copy of the Original on July 20, 2018. KATHLEEN M. BARNEY, MMC Municipal Clerk RECORD OF COUNCIL VOTE WHEREAS, B &W Construction Co. of NJ, Inc. has submitted the lowest bid for said contract as evidenced by the response on file with the Borough's Purchasing Department and with the Borough Engineer; and WHEREAS, the Borough Engineer has reviewed the above bid proposals and has recommended the award of a contract to B& W Construction Co. of NJ, Inc. in a total amount not to exceed $73,446.95 per attached award letter; and WHEREAS, the Chief Financial Officer has certified that funds are or will be available for said purpose. Acct. # C- 04 -16- 104 -201 C4 4 -18- 106 -201 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret as follows: 1. That the appropriate Borough Official are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with B &W Construction Co. of NJ, Inc. for Annual Sewer System Emergency Services as described above for the sum of $73,446.95 in accordance in all respects with the request for proposals and bid on same. 2. That a copy of this resolution shall be forwarded to the Borough's Purchasing Department and Borough Director of Engineering. 3.
