The petition for the extension of the South Rth,' St, Trunk sewer from its present terminus to the river was referred to the City Civil Engineer for plans and estimate of costs. The Petition for the construction of cement sidewalks on the West side of South West Third Street, from brain Street to south West E Street, was referred to the Engineer for plans and estimate of costs, and the Clerk instructed to prepare a Resolution for said improvement and present same at the next meeting of the Board. The petition from William Be Pearson, asking for permission to construct a cement sidewalk along the lots numbered '59, 40, and 41 Moffitt's Add' was taken under advisement by the Board. The petition for the construction of cement sidewalk on the West side of South Thibteenth Street, from South E Street, to South H Street, was referred to the City Civil Engineer for Plans and estimate of costs. The City Attorney presented a copy of the points to be agreed upon between the City and the P. C. Co & St. L. Ry, in the matter of the unaergrade crossings om North West Second Street, the Board aecided to immediately take this matter up and arrange for a meet- ing with the kailroad officials for the ratification of said agree- ment.
