The Primary Assessment Roll in the matter of the improvement of North Thirteenth Street, By the construction of cement sidewalks on the Wett side thereof, from the first alley North of Main St, to North C Street authorized by Improvement Resolutionnumber 2 was approved by the Board. The Primary Assessment Roll in the matter of the improvement of alley between Lots number 370 380 39 and 40 Idens Add' and Lot number 1 William Bradys Add' was on motion approved by the Board, Messr's Davenport and Rosa voting in the affirmative, and Mrs Zell voting in the negative. The Clerk was in strueted to have the Engineer prep nre plans fpgt u the vacation of the 2nd, alley North of I'lain Street, running and 'Nest from North 6th, atreet, to North 7th, Street. July 28th, 1905. Mr. Cordon representing the Richmond Street & Interurban Rye Co, appeared before the Board, and stated that The R. St. & I. Rye Co. desired to purchase from the City the ties that were taken from Ft. Wayne Ave, formerly the property of the Eastern Indiana Traction Co, The Board decided that as they did not have the no^pr t.o sell property of the City, to recommend to Council the sale of said ties to said Co, at and for the price of 22 1/2¢ per tie.
