The Town of Gulf Stream has received your public records request dated August 12, 2021. You
should be able to view your original request at the following link:

The City of Delray Beach serves as the Town’s building official and issues all building permits
for construction in the Town. We have submitted your request to The City of Delray Beach to
provide these records. I will contact you once we have received a response from Delray Beach.

The Town of Gulf Stream has received your public records request dated August 12, 2021. You
should be able to view your original request at the following link:

To fully respond to your request will require $121.50. The City of Delray Beach serves as the
Town’s building official and issues all building permits for construction in the Town. The
Town has submitted your request to the City of Delray Beach to provide these records, resulting
in the $121.50 charge for copies of plans.
Deposit Due: $121.50 in cash or check.
Upon receipt of your deposit, the Town will use its very best efforts to further respond to your
public records request in a reasonable amount of time by coordinating production with the City
of Delray Beach.
If we do not hear back from you within 30 days of this letter, we will consider this request
closed.
