The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met at the office of said Board on Friday August 4th, 1005, in regular session, at 10 0 Clock A. id. The follo,tnq nroceeriings were had, To -wit; Improvmm iht Resolution number 20 was taken �p :.d after consider- atton by the Board, It was decided to delay definite action there- on until a further inves$igation could be made by thrl Board. Improverent Resolution number 21 was taken up and after hearing all persons who appeared and being fully advised in the promisas the Board decided that the benefits to property liable to be assessed for the improvement designated in said Resolution are equal to its estimated costs as the some appears from the Report of the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon the Board takes Final Action on said Resolution, the same being confirmed without modification. Improvement Resolution number 22 was taken up, and after hearing all persons who appeared and being fully advised in the pre-lses the Board decided that the benefits to nronerty liable to be assess ed for the im rovemcnt designated in said Resolution Are equal to its estimated costs as tthe same appears fror^ the Report of the City Civil Engineer, The Board thereupon takes Final action on said Resolution , the same being confirmed without modification. Bids were received for the following Improvements, To -wit. Imp- rovement Resolution number 14. Providing fot the Grading, Graveling and Boulderin of South C Street from South 14th, Str"^p to South 15th, Street. Which Bids were as follows, To-rrit: John F. On motion of Mr. Daven ort tip -:contract for sold ,vork was awarded to John F. Cronin, and the City Attorney ordered `.o dre.r a contract in accordance with the bid so made by said John F. Cronin.
