The Petition for an Are Light on Elm Place signed by Adam Bartel
Co, and others was taken under advisement by the Board.
The Superintendent of the 1.1unininal Electric Lighting and Power
plant, on Notion of 111r. Rosa was ordered to nnrc'nre lnnn4 of
No 6 wtro. and 1000# of No A Wire,
on Motion of ]Are Rosa the Chief of Fire Department ].:r. Parsons
was instructed to communicate and get prices for the amount and
kind of hose needed for his department and male report to the
Board as soon as convenient,
The Final Assessment Roll in the matter of the improvement of
Chestnut and )'lest First Streets as designated in improvement
Resolution number 3 was on Motion of ]Ar. Davenport confirmed by
the Board.
Mr. Davenport moved that the necessary lumber for the reneir
of the North loth, Street Bridi;e be procured abd all necessary
repairs be made under the supervision of the Board.
Nmtion prevailed.
Improvement Resolutions numbered 19 and 27 providing for the imn-
rovement of the Alleys North of Vain Street, between Lain and N A Sts,
and North 6th, and 7th, Streets, were taken up, and after hearing
all persons who appeared and being fully advised in the premises, the
Board decided that the benefits to property liable to be assessed
for the improvement therein designated are equal to its estimated
costs as the same appears from the report of the City Civil Engineer
and thereupon the Board takes final action on said Resolutions the
same being confirmed without modification.
The Board did then adjourn.
