The Engineer presented plans and snecifications for the improver
of both sides of North Eleventh (llth) street, from Bain Streetta
North E Street, By the construction of cement sidewalks Six(6)

Board voting in the affirmative.

Tha Engineer presented Plans and specifications for the ir: rnv rt
of North side of North H Street, from North 8th, street, co North
lOth, street, by the construction of cement sidewalk; Five (5) feet
in width thereon, and Improvement Resolution number 31 was thereupon
adopted by the Board, all the members of said Board voting in the
affirmative.
The Engineer presented Plans and specifications for the improvement
of both sides of North I Street, from North loth, str.et to North
12th, street, By the construction of cement sidewalks thereon, Five
(5) feet in width, And Improvement Resolution number 32 (Here insert)
was thereupon adopted by the Board, All the members of said Board
voting in the affirmative.
The Board considered the matter of the it6#idV4#4At-of proposed vacation
of the second alley North of Main street running cast and West between
North 6th, and 7th, streets, And Declaratory Resolution number Two
(2) was thereupon adopted, Ilessr's Davenport and Rosa voting in the
affirmative and Mr. Zeller voting in the negative. Resolution was
declared adopted.
The Board considered the proposed vacation of the first alley 'west
of North West Second Street, from State Street to the South line of
W'i�iams Street, and Declaratory Resolution number 3 was thereupon
ad ted, All the members of said Board voting in the nefirunntive.
The Petitions of Irwin Stegall, lvilliam Be Pearson and Edward C. Van
Ettan, praying for the permission to construct a cement sidewalk along
their properties on North I Strent, under private contract, and on
motion of ltr. Rosa said petitions were granted.
The Engineer presented plans and specifications for the improvement
of North A Street (Both sides) from North 7th, street, to North 16th,
street, By the construction of cement curb and gutters thereon, and
the Board decided to lay this matter over until a further investiga-
tion could be made.
The recommendation of mr. DeuVer calling attention to the nuisance
caused by the burning of trash at the City Cremntory "'as taken under
advisement b Lhe Board. As was also the recommendation of 1'r. FnFel-
bert callingattentionto the need of a crossing at the alley in the
rear of the property owned by Rev. Dr Hughes between North 9th, and
loth, Streets on North D Street.
The recommendation of mr. Peck calling attention to 011y hire hnnging
Over the sidewalk on N 20th street was referred to the Surerintendent
of the Llunicipal Electric Lighting and Power Plant.
The Board did then adjourne
