The Clerk was instructed to notify Miss Jones that some provision
must be made by which the sidewalk in fron of the Gear Flats on
S loth, street, could be kept clean.
Upon Motion of 14r. John F. Davenport, seconded by 1cr. Rosa, the
following resolution was passed$
WHEREAS, the CENTRAL UNION TELEPHON" CO!'PANY, has presented
to this Board a proposed form of contract, entitled,"Jo'nt Pole a!±ree-
ment°
AND WHEREAS, It is requested by said Contrel Union Telephone
Company that the City of Richmond, 'Rayne County, Indiana, by and
through its Board of Public Works, enter into the agreement entitled
as above,
AND WHEREAS, the Board of Public Works, at a larful maetinr
and a majority of all the members being preseAt, after dire consider-
ation, deem the acceptance of said form of agreement advisable and
expedient.
NOW TH MEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said form of agreement
entbtled as above, and which nroviees for the joint use, occiinancy;
and paintainance of one certain line of telephone poles, fixtures
and appurtenances, over, in, upon, and along Liberty Avenue in said
City of Richmond, Indiana, be, and the same is hereby accepted.
