The Board of Publ'_c P!orks of the City of Richmond, Indinne, met
in regular sessiona. at the Office of said Board on Friday August
25th, 19052 All the members of said Board being present, Viz;
Messr s, Zeller, Davenport and Rosa. The Following procecding>
were had, To -wit:
improvement Resolution number 291 Providing for the improverent
of North Eleventh street, By the construction of cerent curbs and
gutters and cement sidewalks on both sides thereof, from Main
street to North E Street, Walks to be Six (6) fret in width, Also
for the construction of storm sewer therein, from North A Street
to North Z Street.) Was considered and after hearing all persons
interested who appeared and being fully advised in the premises
the Board decided that the property liable to be assessed for the
improvement designated in said Resolution would be benefited in an
amount equal or in execs(: of the estimated costs of said improve-
ment as the same appears from thu Report of the City Civil Fn,gin"r,
And thereupon said Resolution on Motion of tor. Davenport, Seconded
by Mr. Rosa, was modified by providing for Pidp�nllrs to the width
of Seven Foot instead of Six (6) foot es oririnrll�r nrnvided for.
The original Resolution es modified was then unrninously adopted
and confirmed by the Board.
Improvement Resolution number 30,(providing for the construction
of cement sidewalk on the North side of North C Str^et, from
North 20th street to North 21st str�ct, Five (5) fret in width.)
was then considered, And after hearing all the persons interested
who appeared and being fully advised in the premises the Board
decided that the property liable to be assessed for said improvo-
m=t would be benefited to an amount. equal or in excess of its
estimated costs as the same appears from the Report of the City
Civil Cngincer, And thereupon said Board confirms said Pesolution
without modification.
