The Board of Public Works of the City of R_chmond, Indiana, rot
in regular session at the office of said Board on 'dedr.esdny Aug-
ust 30th, 1905, All the rembers of said Board beint. p:esent:Vizf
pessr's, Zeller, Davenport and Rosa. The following proceadint-s
were had, To -wit:
Declaratory ResOl;rtion Number Two (2) rroviding for the vnent'.�n
of the Second alley North of 1..ain Street running 'last and 'est
from North 6th str•:et to North 7th Str=et vas nonsidered and on
motion of lsr. Rosa, seconded by Yr. Davenport raid Resolution
was eonfirned, Messr's Rosa and Davenport voting in ti:e affirn-
ative. Mr Zeller not voting. Resolution declared adopted.
Final action on Declaratory Resolfion Number s rasr postponed
until the next regular meeting of the Board.
Bids were received for the improvecents provided for in=cprnve-
ment Resolutions Numbered 17 and 1F, John H. A. Schneider being
the only bidder, His bid for the improvement designated in Imp-
rovement p.esolution Number 1'7 being 12 1/2 cents Der square f
And for the improvcmcnt designated in Imrroven^nt Resoluti�r
bar 18 beino 12 7/4 cents per square foot. This bid being

Resolution Number 21,(Providing for the improvement of the West

to the North line of Lot number 23 Coffins Add' By the constrde-
tion of a cement sidewalk therealong to e. unifcrlo` width of Six-
(6) feet.) Which bids were as# follows, To -wit:
