STABILIZATION PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A
CONTRACT WITH FIVE RIVERS.
WHEREAS, High water events in the Fraser River place public property and safety at risk, and
WHEREAS, Five Rivers completed aquatic habitat enhancements within the Fraser River in the
Town of Fraser that have proven very successful.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF
FRASER, COLORADO THAT:

1. The Town Board of Fraser, Colorado hereby authorizes the Town Manager to enter into
contract with Five Rivers to complete Fraser River Bank Stabilization work in an amount
not to exceed $30,000.
2. All documents must be executed and work completed within fiscal year 2011 or this
approval shall no longer be effective.
