Improvement Resolution Number 30 was taken up, and on 1:otion of
Mr. Davenport the Clerk was instructed to advertise for bids for
the construction of improvement therein designated.
Improvement Resolution Number 31 was taken up, and on Po'ion of
Nr. Davenport the Clerk was instructed to advertise for bids for
the construction of the improvement therein designated.
improvement Resolution Number 32, was taken un, and on motion of
11r. Davenport the Clerk was instructed to advertise for bids for
the construction of the improvement therein designated.
The City Civil Engineer filed his Report showing the completion
of the Improvement of Liberty Avenue, from a point 111) feet North
of South H Street to the Corporation line, By the con^trio*ion of
cement sidewalks, cement curbs and gutters and se^:rP there'_n. The
Report showed the total cost of Improvement as shown by contract,
to be $7.391.44 Extra work and material 4A07.97 raking the total
cost of Improvement $7.895.41 The Report .was taken under advisement
by the Board.
Two claims from tha Richmond City Water Works Comnany, one for
547.18 and one for 49.0n which mere referred to trn Board by the
Common Council, were on motion of Yr. Rosa, laid over until =nee
satisfactory agreement could be raade with said Co, in reference
to later Main extensions.
The Claim of Matt Von Pain for the sum of $132.04 for the construction
of 120 lineal feet of sewer in the nlley in rear of overhall factory,
was considered and definite action deferred on motion of 'Or. Rosa,
until the City Engineer could prepare a plat showing the length and
kind of sewer constructed and the amounts necessary for each of the
abutting property owners to pay.
There being no further business the Board did then rdjourn.
