AGREEMENT FOR WATER METER INSTALLATION SERVICES
ADDENDUM NO. 1
THIS ADDENDUM FOR WATER METER I STAIJATION SERVICES
("Addendum") is entered into and effective this day of; 2021 (the "Effective Date"),

by and between the TOWN OF GULF STREAM, hereinafter the "Town"; and National
Metering Services, Inc., hereinafter the "Contractor" and collectively with the Town, the "Parties."
The Parties hereby modify the Agreement for Water Meter Installation Services ("Agreement")
entered into an effective June 11, 2021, as set forth below:
Flange to union conversions:
Adapt the piping and install new meters (price is in addition to the per meter size in the
Agreement):
1.5" meter - $261.00
2" Meter - $286.00
Minimum number of meters needing flange to union conversions is estimated at 10. Additional
meters to be field verified by Town.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement on the
date and year first above written.
