The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
met in regular session at the Office of said Board on Wednes-
day September 27th, 19n5, at 10 O'Clock A. ''. All thr nembers
of said Board being present, The following nroceedinp,Q were had,
To -wit'
The Final assessment Rmll in the matter of the Improvement des-
ignated in Improvement Resolution Number 15,(Providing for the
construction of cement sidewalks on the West side of South 14th,
Street, from South C street to South E Street) was on motion of
hir. Davenport approved, All the members of the Board voting in
the affirmative.
The Final assessment Roll in the matter of the Improvement of
Liberty Avenue, from South H Street, South to South Corporation
line, was taken up, and after hearing persons who appeared, the
Board decided to defer definite action until an investigation
could be further made.
The Clerk on Motion of Mr. Davenport was instructed to notify
the Street Coamissioner to repair the intersection at North lsth,
and C Streets, Also the Richmond City dater Works to repair the
gutter in front of 117 South 7th2 Str�,et, and the Richmond School
Board to cut down the embankment along the alley between South
22nd, and 23rd, Streets and to remove the dirt therefrom.
The Clerk was instructed to notify E. G. Kemper as to action of
Counlil in reference to his (E. G. Kemper:s)Claim
