The City Civil Lngineer presented a report in the matter of the
sanitary sewer constructed by Matthew Von Pein and The Chandelier
Art Brass Works, which on motion of Mr. lavenport Fill `e raforrPrl

The Superintendent of the Li.?ht Plant was authorized to purchase
