The Board of Public '4orks of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
met in regular session at the Office of said Board on Friaay
October 13th, 19059 all the members of said Board being present,
Viz; Messrs Zeller, Davenport and Rbsa. The following proceedings
were had, To -wit$
The Final assessment roll(in the matter of the Improvement of
South C Street, from South 14th, to South 15th, street, By
Gradidg, Graveling and Bouldering said street from South 14th,
to South 15th, street, as proviaed for in Improve^ent Resolution
Number 14,) was on motion of Mr. Davenport approved by the Board.
All the members of said Board voting in the affirmative.
The Final assessment roll in the matter of the improvement of
South 5tho street By the construction of cement sidewalks on
both sloes thereof, from South L to South H Street, to a uniform
width of Five (5) feet, as provided for im Improvement Resolution
Number 12, was on Motion of Yr. Rosa, annroved and edonted by the
Board, All the members of said Board voting in tie afeir^etive.
The nPrimary assessment roll(in the matter of the improvement of
the West side of North Twentieth street, By the construction of
cement siaewalks thereon, from the South side of North C Street,
to the North line of Lot 23 F. coffins Addition, !o a uniform
width of Six (6) feet, as proviaed for im Improvement Resolution
Number 21,) Was on motion of Mr. Rosa, approved by the Board, All
the members thereof, voting in the affirmative.
The Primary assessment roll(in the matter of the improvement
of the West side of South 13th) Street, from South E street to
South H Street, By the construction of cement siaewalks thereon,
to a uniform width of Six (6) feet, as provided for in improve-
ment Resolution Number 22, ) was on Motion of Mr. Daveinothe
