WHEREAS, the New Jersey Department of Personnel called for an examination for the
position of
POLICE OFFICER
in the Borough of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, the New Jersey Department of Personnel has served a Certification of
Eligibles for Appointment, dated 03/23/18 for said position; and
WHEREAS, the New Jersey Department of Personnel has certified that the aforesaid are
eligible for appointment to the position of Police Officer in the Borough of Carteret; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that

MICHAEL G. KELLY, JR.
be and are hereby appointed to the position of
POLICE OFFICER
