The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
met at the office of said Board in regular session on Friday
October 27th, 1005 at 10 O'Clock A. ;i:. All the nembers of said
Board being present, Yessrs, Zeller, Davenport and Rosa, The
following proceedings were had, towwit:-
The following Resolution was adopted, To -wit: -
Resolution declaring S. 'h. Second street oven from
National Ave to Bliss street, to a width of Fifty (Rn) fnet.
8'hereas, all the damages awarded to property owners injuriously
affected by the wiuening of South 71*est Second str-et, in the City
of Richmond, from National Avenue to Bliss street, have been
paid or properly tendered by and through this Board to said
property owners:
Now Be It Resolved, by the Board of Public Torus
of said City of Richmond, that the said street be, end the same
is now opened to the width of Fifty (50) feet from National Ave-
nue to Bliss street in accordance with the proceedings had in
that behalf, and the Superintendent of "Police of said City be
and he is hereby directed and instructed to cause said street to
be opened and widened as aforesaid without uelay.
This Resolution •aas unanimously adopted by tie Hoard,
all the members thereof, voting in the affirmative.
The following Resolution ryas then adopted: -
