AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT WITH THE
MIDDLESEX COUNTY IMPROVEMENT AUTHORITY FOR THE PROVISION
OF YARD WASTE RECYCLING AND MARKETING SERVICES
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret that the Mayor
and the appropriate borough officials are hereby authorized to execute an agreement with
the Middlesex County Improvement Authority for the provision of yard waste recycling
and marketing services.
Adopted this 2nd day of August, 2018
