The following communication was received, and ordered placed
on the record;
To The Board of Public Works: -
During the past six weeks
the regulation of the voltage at the Plant has been very
unsatisfactory a:nd numerous complaints have been made at
the Office, of the lights fluctuating a great deal between
)is hours of 3 and 6 P. • our present Engineer, Vr. skinner
does not seem to posess the proper mechanical and executive
ability requisite for the position he now holds and as this
matter of close regulation is of vital importance to the
success of the Plant I would recommend that Mr. Skinner, be
asked to resign and that Mr. Homer Brown, our forTer Fnrineer
he given the place. Mr. Brown, was with the Plant for over
three years and made an excellent record for himself as
fireman and engineer, While I deplore the idea of making any
change, I beleive this change necessary to the welfare df
the Plant.
Signed. Chase He Rodgers, Supt•
There being no further business the Board did
then adjourn.
