on motion of Mr. Davenport, August A. Turner, wee elloved the Of
reserve due on Sewer between N 11th, and CrIth, streets, in alley
smounting to Inert
The proposition from John H. A. Schneider, to waive all right
to reserve due on construction of sewer in alley between South
22nd, and 21rd, streets, on condition that the City sakes such
needed repairs, except "d on motion of Mr. Davennort was
accepted.
The Street Commiastoner was instructed to back up the utters
along South C street, (wherein an improvement is being constricted
by John H. A. Schneider, ) with gravel. Also to place Linden
Avenue from point already improved to Hest Fifth street in Rood
condition, and also North llth, street, under the surervision of
the Board.
On Motion of Mr. Davenport, The City Attorney was instructed
to investigate and determine the amount of property Messr's
McLonnell and Mcuarthy, should be assessed for in t*.e matter of the
construction of cement sidewalks on State Street.
The Board did then adjourn.
