Rosa, The following proceedings were had, To-witf-
The Final assessment roll in the matter of the Imnrove^ent
of State street, by the construction of cement sidewalks
thereon, as proviaed for in Improvement Resolution number
36, was on motion of Mr. Rosa approved by the Board, alit
members thereof, voting in the affitmativea
The petition for an Are Light at the intersection of Wortt.
16th, and G streets, was received and the Board took Ban
unaer advisement.
The Clerk, on motion of lira Rosa, was instructed to notih
John u. Hamer not to cemmence sweeping vain street until
10930 each night.

The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
met in regular session at the office of said Board on Wednes-
day December 6th, 1905, at 10 O'Clock A. M. All the members of
said Board being present, Messrs, Zeller, Davenport and Rosa,
the following proceedings were had, To -wit: -
the Final assessment roll in the matter of the construction
of cement sidewalks on the South side of Main str=et as pro-
vided for in improvement Resolution number 17, was arrroved
by the Board, All the members thereof voting in the affirma-
tive.
The Final assessment roll in the matter of the construction
of cement sidewalks on the North side of Main street, as prom
vided for in Improvr-ment Resolution number la, was arrroved by
the Board, All the members thereof voting in t�= nffirmative.
Albert Morel, anpearad and mace complaint to manner in which
cement sidewalk was constructed in front of Part of Lots 16
and 17 J Cox's Add, especially that part around cellar door,
grate and water plug. (In connection with Imnrovement Resol-
ution number 18)
Robert La Study appeared and made complaint in reference to the
manner in which cement work was constructed in front of Lot 77
Co W. Starr's Add' in the name of Nary L. Study and Ellen Cobb
the hart around grate not being constructed rrorerly, and also
made complaint to the walk adjoining on the west of said rre^erty
owned by Thomas Roberts.
Wilbern Bradbury appeared and objected to the construction of
cement sidewalks in front of Morrisson nrorerty cart of Lots
lC9 and 130 Co W. Starr's Add. same being left in a rough con-
dition.
The Super.intenaent of The Municipal Llectric Lighting h Power
Plant was authorized to purchase for the use of the Plant 3
Dashpots for A. C. Multiple Lamps @ 61.5n each. and 1 reactive
coil @ $5600
