board, Mess rs Zeller, Davenport and Rosa. The following pro-
ceedings were had, to -wit: -
Improvement Resolution number ?P. Providing for the construction
of a ten inch sanitary seer in the e'ley between South 1^th,
and 18th, str%ets, from South A to Scnth B etrnet=, was con-
firmed, All the Board voting in the affirrative.
Improvement Resolution number 38, Providing for the Grading,
Graveling and Bouldering of Linden Avenue, from Lots 27 and
28 A. P. Griffiths Addition to 'dent Fifth street, was con-
firmed. All the members of the Board voting in the affir"rative.
The Primary assessment roll in the matter of the construction
of a sewer in the alley between North 15th, and 16th, str•:ets,
from North D to North L streets, as ptovided for in Improvement
Resolution number 20, was a^proved by the Board.
