The Board of lublic forks of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
met in regular session at the Office of said Board on Friday
December t9th, 11)n5 r_t 1rl O'Clock. A. Y. All the ^embers of
said Board being present, except Mr. Zeller, Those pre^_-ebt
being Y.essr's, Rosa and Davenport. Mr. Rosa, acting as Fresi,_
Pro Tem. The following proceedings were had, To -wit: -
The Final Assessment roll in the matter of the improver -
designated in Imnrovement Resolution number 20, providir.

North 15th and 16th streets, from North D street to ]fort
Street, was approved.
The Final Assessment roll in the ratter of the imrroverent el
natld in Improve:ent Resolution number 201 providing for the
construction of cement curb and gutter from a point about 115
feet Last cf 56uth Fifth street to South 7th street, and also
for the construction of storm sewer therein, ras approved.
