herein, to which reference is hereby made, is not needed by
the City of Richmond for the uses for which it is proposed

The Board of Public 'Aorks of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
met in regular cession at the Office of said Board on Wednes-
day January 7rd, 19n6 at 10 O'Clock, A. i', All tie -•ewbere of
said Board being rref>ent, Yesnr's, Zeller, Davenport and Pose.

The Petition for the placing of an Arc Light at the intersection
of Grant and Sheridan streets, was presented, and &n motion of
Nr. Davenport this matter will be investigated and a report made
at a later session of the Board.
The Annual Report of the City Civil engineer was received and
placed on file.
Nr. Rosa called attention to the necessity of making some
repairs of the crater closets on the second floor of City BuildinS,
and recommended that after these repairs are made that the closets
be kept locked, This recommendation was concurred in by the Board.
The Superintendent of the Light Plant was authorized to rurchese
for the use of the Plant the following:-
