The following proceedlnvs were had to -wits- improvement Resolution number 419 Providing for the construction ? between North ll.th, and 1?th, of a sanitary sewer in the alley etreets, from North "H" street to the Nhitewater River, mns taken up, and after hearing all ropertysliablens ttoebeeassessedpeared forsl the Board deeded that the property equal or in excess improvement would be benefited to an amount of the costs of said ineearvfornsaid Improvement, The as shown by the lResolution by the City Civil Lng it was thereupon confirmed* n number 42, providing for the imrroverent Improvament Resolutio of two alleys South of Main street, between South 18th, andl?U streets, and botaween Main and South street' by the construa tion of cement roadways therein, wasImprovement Resolution number 49, Forty three, providing stfor the construction of cement sidewalks on the Eaasi a of then adopted llth, etreet, from South E to South F streets, improvement Resolution number 44q, providing for the constf ccom ti� of cement sidewalks on both sides of North 16th, street, North F street to the Whitewater river, was then adopted. Mr. Rosa, moved that the letter from Mott Iron Works in referee to repairs for Fountain in South Sevcnth street Park, be ref• ferred to the Common Council at its next meeting,, and that Ole Board recommend the making of said rerairamotion prevailed. Mr. Rosa, moved that the Clerk notify the Richmond ciinsey tKy Xater works Cc, to remove debris from th u intersection of and west 1st, streets, at once. Motion prevailed. The Clerk was instructed to notify John H. A. Schneider to remove the dirt from the hydrant on Linden Avenue* J Office of Board Of Public Works, City of Richmond,Indiana, Wednesday February, 14th, 1906. The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met In regular session at the Office of said Board, Wednesday, bebruary, 14th, 1906, at 10 O'Clock A. 14. atllthe members of said Board being present, The following persons composing said Board, Messrs, Zepper, Rosa and Davenport. The following proceedings were had, To -wit: - A Petition was presented for the Improvement of Charley etreet, from Boyer to the West terminal of Charles street, for the con- struction of cement sidewalks, cement cdrbs and gutters and for the Grading, and Graveling of said Charles street, same was ref- ferred to the City Civil Engineer, for Plans and estimate of cost, and Clerk instructed to prepare a Resolution for the Improvement. The Petition for the vacation of the Roadway known as the Old Hawkins Road, was received and placed on file. The Engineer presented the plans for the construction of a 17 inch pipe sewer in South 01st, street, from the Trunk sewer to South A street, The Clerk was instructed to prepare a Resolution for said Improvement and present the same at the next meeting of the Board. The Board then adjourned.
