REJECTING BID FOR STUMP CUTTER
WHEREAS, bids for a Vermeer 752 Stump Cutter or equivalent were authorized
by Resolution #99-336 on October 21, 1999; and
WHEREAS, a bid was received for said Stump Cutter on November 17, 1999;
WHEREAS, the bid received was not for the equipment authorized;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret do hereby reject the bid received on November 17, 1999 and
the Purchasing Agent is authorized to rebid for the Vermeer 752 Stump Cutter.
Adopted this 2"d day of December, 1999
and certified as a true copy of the original
on December 3, 1999.
