P. N. All the members of said being present, 1'essr's, Zeller,
Davenport and Rosa, The following proceedings were had, To -wit:
the following bids were crened for combination hose wagon
for the hose house being erected in the South part of the
City, The following Firms bidding, The Seagrave Company of
Columbus Chio, and The A^ericen La France Cos*any cf Chicago,
Illinois. On Notion of Mr. Davenport it was decided to eliri-
nate all bids except those rresented for combination s+eel
tire and steel bed wagon The Bid of the Seagrave Comrany for
this kind of wagon, ras i1.160.00 and the Bid of The American
La France Con^any was t1.522.00 The Seagrave Company Bid being
the lo^:est and best bid offered, on Motion of Mr. Davenport,
the Contract 4as awarded to then accordingly. /�
