The Board of Public works of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
met in regular session at the�Cffice of said Board on Wednesd
February, flst, 19069 at 10 0 Clock A. lie All the members of
said Board being present. The following proceedings were had,
To-wit:-
Impeovement Resolution number 4^, wPs ronsidergad, this heir¢
the day and time for hearing remonstrances and rersons inter-
ested in said improvement. After hearing all the persons eho
appeared, the Board decided to modify said Resolution, On
motion of Mrs Rosa, said Resol>tion was modified by strikingm
all that part having reference to the alley running east and
west, The Resolution with this modification was then confir+rh
All the members of the Board voting, in favor of said confirr•
ation.
Improvement Resolution number 43, was then considered, and efte
hearing all the persons who appeared, This Resolution wasther.
upon confirmed, All the members of the Board voting in favorot
said confirmation.
The matter of the imnrovement of Pearl strut, By the constr-
uction of cement sidewalks therealong was then considprpd,P"
Improvement Resolution Number 47Providingfor the Imrrove"^t
of said Pearl street, along both sides thereof, from ''Nest First
street to west Third street and on the NorthO side from lest
bourth street to hest rifth�street By the construction of
cement sidewalks six (6) feet in widths was adopted. All the
members of said Board voting, In favor of said adoption.
The matter of the improvement of North F Strpet'F Pr ^nu the .tr.'
North side thereof, from North £nth, street to North ^Athp.
By the construction of cement sidewalks five (5) feet in vidud
was considered, and Improvement Resolution number 489 pro of
for said Improvement was thereupon adopted. All the members
said Board voting in favor df said Improvement.
On Notion of tr. Rosa, the Clerk was instructed to advertise

for bids for the making of cement road -ray and walks around
New hose House in the mouth part of the City.
On motion of Vr, Davenport the Engineer was authorized to
for the use of the City, one cement testing outfit.
