MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE COMMON COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, SERVING AS
A COMMITTEE IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION OF THE
MUNICIPAL ELECTRIC LIGHTING AND POWER PLANT.
MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 7, 19�4.
The Common Council of the City of Richmond , Indiana, serving as a
Committee in Charge of the Operation of the Municipal Electric Light-
ing and Power Plant, met in regular session in the Council Chambers
I/ in the City Hall in said City, Monday, September 7, 1954, at the
hour of 6:00 o' clock P.M. (CST) . Councilman Tracy presiding with
the following members being present: Messrs. Alkire, Eastman, Ke utel-
forde.r, Law, Marino, Riggleman, Salzarulo and Youngflesh. The
following business was had, to-wit:
On motion duly made, seconded and carried, the minutes of the previous
meeting were dispensed with.
Councilman Eastman moved that 75. 00 be allowed to sponsor two (2)
bowling teams for the coming season. This motion was seconded by
«-� Councilman Riggleman and on voice vote was unanimously carried.
Claims in the amount of tV887, 403. 45 were allowed. Of this amount
the following transfers were made: The sum of _
31, 979. 17 from Cash Operating Fund to Utility Bond Fund
20, 910.. 18 from Cash Operating Fund to Depreciation
Reserve Fund Cash
25,000.-00 from Cash Operating Fund to Cash Reserve Fund
53. 68 from Consumers Deposit Fund to Cash Operating
Fund
336, 394.02 from Construction Fund to Cash OperatingFund.
There being no further business presented, on motion duly made, se-
conded and carried, the meeting adjourned.
