The Town of Gulf Stream has received your verbal public records request on September 15, 2021.
I have attached the report to the e-mail for your convenience, as Motor Vehicle Crash Reports are
confidential for a period of 60 days after the report is filed and they are not available to the general
public during this time. On November 15, 2021, after expiration of the 60-day period, per Florida
Statute 316.066(2)(a), you should also be able to view your original request and response at the
following link:
