The Town of Gulf Stream has received your public records request dated September 16, 2021.
Motor Vehicle Crash Reports are confidential for a period of 60 days after the report is filed and
they are not available to the general public during this time. On November 17, 2021, after
expiration of the 60-day period, per Florida Statute 316.066(2)(a), you should also be able to view
your original request and response at the following link:

Pertaining to photographs, there were none taken by the Gulf Stream Police Department. The
video footage is available on a flash drive as it was too large to send via e-mail. The cost of
producing the video footage will be $4.50, the cost of the flash drive.
Deposit Due: $4.50 in cash or check
The flash drive can be picked up at Town Hall during business hours Monday through Friday
from 9:00 A.M. until 4:00 P.M. If we do not hear back from you within 30 days of this letter,
we will consider this request closed.
