The Board of Public 'dorks of the City of Richmond, Indicne,
met in regular session at the Office of said Board on �;ednes9ay,
February. 28th, 190e, at 10 O'Clock A. Mo All the members of said
Board being present, Nessr s Zeller, Davenport and Rosa, The fol-
lowing proceedings were had, To-wlti-
I In the matter of the improvement provided for by Improvement
Resolution number 45, After hearing all the persons who appeared,
who were interested in said matter, final action was postponed
' until the next meeting of the Board.

The Clerk was authorized to advertise for bids for the Improve-
ment provided for by Improvement Resolution Number 4n.
e / A Remonstrance against the improvement provided for by Improve-
ment Resolution number 41, signed by William Dalbey,. and others,
was presented by the Clerk, on motion of Yr. Davenport, same
�j rrH was referred' to the Engineer for investigation and report.
The Engineer presented plans and srecifications for the improve-
ment of the North side of North C Street, from N 21st, street;
to North 2Znd street By the construction of cement sidewalks
Five feet in width thereon. and Improvement Resolution number
490 was thereupon adopted. All the members of said Board voting
in the affirmative.
The Report of Flush Tank Inspector, -rs rnnoiv=d Prd rinced on

Mr. Turner, Flush Tank Inspector, and the Street Coa.missioner

street from North F Street, to the Whitewater River, wev teven
up, and after some consideration, on yotion of Yr. Davenrort
his Resolution was modified by striking out all that part having
reference to the West side of North 16thr street, and providing
