met in regular session tit the office of said Board, ^r
March 2nd, 190.8. All the members of said Board tcinv, rrezent,
messr's Zeller, Davenport and Rosa, The following rroceedini-s
were had, To—witl-
The Board considered Improverent Resolution number 47, fttoviding
for the improvement of Pearl Street, By the construction cf cement
sidewalks along both sides thereof, from N. W. lat. street to N. to
7rd, street, and after hearing all the Persons interested who
appeared, the Board decided that the benefits to th^ rrorerty liebre
to be assessed for said Improvement, would equal or exceed the cost
of said Improvement as shown by the estimate made by the City Civil
engineer, and thereupon said Resolution was on Motion of Mr. Daven-
port, confirmed without modification, as originally adorteds All
the members of the Board voting in the effirretive.
Improvement Resolution number 4R, providing for the construct.i-r
of cement sidew,lks on the North side of North "F" Street, f:
North 20th, street, to North 24th, street, was considered, a
final action postponed until the next meeting of the Board, -
day March 7th.
Final action on Improvement Resolution rumber 45s providing for
the improvement of Charles street, by the construction of cement
sidewalks thereon, was postponed until the next meeting of the
Board, 'Wednesday t!arch 7th.
On Votion of Yr. Davonnort the matter of the "Vaoatinn of t*e
Hawkins Road" was laid over for further consideration, and the
City Civil Engineer instructed to prepare a plat of the proposed
Part of Roadway to be vacated, and the petitioners requested to
Present their proposition in writing, showing just what they pro -
