T*e following rroccedinrs xere had, To-rit:- lmprovemcnt Resolution number Bn was taken ur, and after hearing all the persons who appeared interested in said irrrove*ent, Viz: The Improvement of North 17th, street, By the construction of Cement sidewalks on the Hest side thereof, fror. the North side of North "A" Stroet to North "E" Street, and on the hest side thereof, from the North side of North "C" Street to the South side of North street) The Board decided that the benefits to property liabletobe assessed for said improverer.t could enual or exceed its estir:ated costs as shown by the estivate ride by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon the original Resolution was confirmed without modification, All the members of the Board voting in favor of such confitmation, improvement Resolution nurr.ber 51 was taken up, and after heerinw, 11 the persons who appeared interested in said improvement, Viz: (The Improvement of the first alley south of Lain street, running East and West,,$#6k between South 18th, and 19th, streets, By the construction of a•cbment roadway ten feet wide from South 1Pth, street, to the first alley East running North and South) The Board decided that the benefits to rrorerty lieble to be assessed for said improvement v:ould enual or exe^ed ita esti•^Pted costs as shown by the estirate made by the City Civil En.eireer, And thereupon said original Resolution was thereupon confirmed without modification. All the members of the Board voting in favor of such confirmation. A Remonstrance was filed against the improvement embraned in Improvement. Resolution number 51, signed by A. L. Study and others, A Petition was presented for the Grading, Graveling and Bouldering of thr olley between South 9th, and 10tho streets, from South "E" street to South "F" street. Same was referred to the Engineer for Plans.
