The Board of Public 'Aorks of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
met in regular session at the office of said Board, Wednesday
Larch 21st, 19060 at 1C 0 Clock. A. M. All the members of said
Board being present, ldessr s, Zeller, Davenport and Rosa, The
following proceedings were had, To —wits —
Improvement hesolution number 52, Providing for the constructs;
of cement sidewalks along both sides of Ridge Street, from Scto;
to State street, was taken up end considered, And after hearlet

It was agreed thct thu Board would recommend to the Common Council
that the City offer the Light heat & Power Compr.ny, the sum of $lnno
for the land owned by said Company, and desired by the City for the
benefit of the Municipal Electric Lighting & Power Plant. It being
understood that the Light Heat r. Power Comneny would accept this
amount for the ground Owned by them. 7
Mr. Rosa, Moved that the contract for this work be awardel
to Daniel. G. Burkhardt. notion Prevailed. All the members oft;
Board voting in the affirmative.
The petition referred to the Board bythe Common Council, fo','; Y

street, was taken under advisement.
