All the r hers of said Board being present, 1'es^r's, Zeller, Davenport and Rosa. 1 The following proceedings were had, To -wit:- Bids were received for the constructicn of the ierrcverent designated in Improvement Resolution number 44, consisting of the constructicn of cerent sidewalks on the East side of North 16t*., street, from North F ^tr^etf !o t*! horth line of Lot number 6F Morfitt's Additicn. Kr, Zavenport moved that the contract for this work be awarded to John H. A. Schneider, Motion prevailed. All the members of the Board voting in the arfirmative.
