A ietition was filed for the construction of cement sidewalks on both sides of South llth, street, from Lain Street to S0T1 B Strcet, and referred to the City Civil Engineer for plans and estimate. A Remonstrance was nresentcd against tLe imnrovement of both sides of South llth, street, by the construction of cement 911 walks on both sides thereof, from. "ain street to South B Strsf' signed by John Decker and others. The Sale was placed on file, and Engineer instructed to ascertain the number of resident property owners represented along the line of the rrerr"d improvement, and to make report to the Board. The Clerk was instructed to notify the Richmond Natural Gast Company as to the bad condition of their Re ulator at the in' ersection of S E and loth Streets• and also the C. C.fh R. The Board of public 'Works of the City of Richmond, .ediana, met in regular session at the Office of said Board, irbday, April 13th, 1906, at 101 C'ulock A. M. All the members of the Board being present, Messr s, Zeller, Davenport and Rose. The following proceedings mere had, tc-wit:- improvement Resolution number 53, providing for the Grading, Graveling and Bouldering of North F Street, from North 16th, street, to North 19th, street, ras again considered, and the Board decided that the property liable to be assessed for said improvement, would be benefited to an amount to eolral or ex- ceed the estimated costs of this improvement, as shown by the estimate made by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon the Board confirmed the original Resolution, without modification. All the members of the Board voting in the affirmetivee and on account of the Remonstrance having been filed evein�t this imr_ rovement, the papaers were ordered sent to the Common COil" ril. A petition was presented for a sanitary sewer in the alley running, North and South between South 15th, end 16th, streets, from the south line of Lot 51 M & P Add, to south E Street* signed by Caroline 11. Reeves and others, The Engineer presekting plans for this sewer, the Board ordered a Resolution rrerared. The Engineer presented Plans and specifications for the Grading, Graveling and Bouldering of North 15th, street, from North H Street to the River.
