The Remonstrance of Joseph Lutmer, having been filed was
taken up and considered, said Lutmer being represented by Attorney
Henry U. Johnson, presented the following evidence as to the damage
to his property on account of the aforesaid im^rove-ent:

and Builder, and Albert G. Ggborn and 00 G. Porterfield, Real Estate
Agents, being duly sworn by the Clerk, presented the following
