The Board considered the matter of the vacation of the certe!n
street or roadway North of the Pittsburg, Cincinnati, Chicago
d St. Louie Railroad, and extending from Nineteenth street in
said t%ity to the mast line of section (") township (14) range
(1) west. And thereupon Declaratory Resolution number 6 (Here
Insert) was adopted.
The matter of the lmrroverent of the Beet e!de of YoRt Third
street, rrom Pearl street to Lincoln street, By the rorstrietion
of a cement sidewalk thereon, to a uniform width of Six (6) feet
was considered and improvement Resolution number 64, (here insert)
Providing for Bald Improvement was thereupon adopted unanlacusly
by the Board.
Bids were received and orened for the construction of Smproverent
provided for by Improvement Resolution number 54, The Grading,
Graveling and Bouldering of the alley sunning north and south
between South 9th and loth s=reets, rrom South E Street to South
P Street, and construction of three trick center gutter therein,
Which bids were as followsi-
Het)ry Nolte being the only bidder, his bid being at the rate of
88 per lineal foot for whole improvement,
On Motion of Mr. Rosa, The contract for this work was awarded
to Mr. Nolte, All the Board concurring.
