Rosa, The contract for the constructiolnof the improvement provided for by improvement Resolution number 57 was awarded to Henry Nolte, All the members of tle Beard concur- ring. The City Civil Engineer presented plans for V.e improvement of West First Street, by the construction of cement curbs and gutters and grading graveling and boulaering said street, from Kinsey street to Lincoln street, and construction of cement staewalk on West side of said street, from Kinsey street to Richmond Avenue. And also for the improvement of Kinsey street, by the construction of cement curbs and gutters and the Grading, Graveling and Bouldering of said street from the West lot line of Lot number 4 We R. laid out by Oliver Kinsey to the Fast end of Kinsey street, Same were laid over until Friday May llth. 19n6. The Agreement of the Richmond Street & Interurban Ry, Co. Waiving certain rights to the use of Kest Second Street, (Here insert) and referred to the Board by the Common Council, was referred to the City Attorney, Action in reference to the matter of the eet=tio of Ile Central Union Telephone Company to lay wires underground was delaydd on account of the absence of the City Attorney, and it was decided to take this matter up at the next meeting of the Board. The Reports of the Dairy and Live Stock Insrector was received and placed on file. The Bond of Charles E, Henshaw, in the matter of the improvement of the alloys between Main and North A Street and North 6thfand � 7th Sts, was considered and referred to the City Attorney opinion, G' r�
