The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the Office of said Board, 'Wednesday, June 6th, at 10 0 Clock A. V. All the members of said Board being present. Vizf Messrs. Zeller, Davenport and Rope. T`e following proceedings were had, to-wite- The Board meets to hear all persons interested or whose property is affected by the following described public improve=entss- Improvement Resolution Number 67, 1906, for the construction of cement sidewalks on both sides of South llth street, rrom Main street to South A Street, to uniform ridth of Siz (r) feet. Improvement Resolution Number 68. l0n6, For the ir.rrove-ant of Sheridan Street, rrom School street to Richmond, Avenge, by the construction of a cement sidewalk on the East side thereof, to a uniform width of Five (5) feet. After hearing all persons interested who appeared, and being fully advised in the premises, the Board decides that the benefits to property liable to be assessed for said improvements are equal to the estimated cost of the same as reported by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon takes final action on said Resolutions, as originally adopted, the same being confirmed without mofifi- cation. The Board met to hear remonstrances and persons interested in the matter of Declaratory Resolution number 7. Providing for the vacation of North "Fourteenth Street" from the North line Of North "E" Street to the right of way of the P. Co C. A St. L. Ry. Remonstrances against said proposed vacation were filed by the following named persons:- John A. Evans, James E. Jones, Robert G. Thompson, and William N. Gartside. Robbins and Starr appearing for the petitioners, and the following named Attorneys appearing for their respective named clients. Henry U. Johnson, appeared in behalf of John A. nvans. Thomas J. Study appeared in behalf of William N. Gartside, and Jessup & Jessup appeared in behalf of Robert G. Thompson and James E. Jones. After hearing ail the persons who arreered interested, On Motion Of Mr. Davenport final action was de.^erred £�E until the e`e'ins Of the Board to be held Friday June 15th. 19C6. Improvement Resolution number 69, Providing for the construction Of cement sidewalks along both sides of North Ninth street, from mac. Main Street to North A Street, was unanimously adopted by the Board• s!+
