The Primary assessment Roll in the matter of the Improvement
of Sheriaan Street, by the construction of a cement sloewalk
on the West siae thereof, froir School street to Riehmohd,�r
Provided for by Improvement Resolution Number 24. 19n5. weei4
unanimously approved by the Board.
The Primary assessment Roll in the matter of the improvement
of West Pearl Street, by the construction of a cement aldewta
on both sides thereof, from West First Street, to West Thtnl
street, and on the North side thereof, from West Fourth street,
to West Fifth stre-t, Provided for by Imrrovement Resolum,
Number 47. 1906, Was unanimously approved.
The City Civil Engineer presented plans and specifications
for the Grading, Graveling and Bouldering of the alley mmntu
North and South between South 11th and 14th strees% from Scclh
"P" Street to South "G" Street. Plans approved and Resolutim
ordered prepared.
A Petition was presented signed by John m. Eggemeyer and
others, asking for the ruction of cement curb and gutter
along both sides there6?%*rom Main Street to South C Street,
and for cement siaewalk 4n the East side from Main to South
A Street, and on the West side from main to South C Street.
Same was referred to the Engineer for plans and specificatimi,
A Petition was presented for the consruetion of a cement s19/"
on the lest siae of North—west Third street�from Randolpb is
Lincoln streets. signed by E. E. Pierce and Vaughan Croaker•

The Buard of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
met in regular session at the Office of Said
Jane 8th, 1906, at 10 O'C1ock A. I. All the

The City Civil Engineer presented plans and estivate for, and
Improvement Resolution number 79, Providing for the improverent
of South 14th street, By the construction of cement curbs and
gutters on both sides thereof, from Main street to South C street
and cement sidewalk on the West side of said street, from Main
street to South C Street, and on the East side from Main street
to South A Streets was unanimously adopted.
The communication from Howard Dill, calling attention to the
crossing at the alley between N pth and 9th streets on N L St,
was referred to the City Engineer for report.
A Petition was received for an extension of the water main alor.-
Linden ,venue. Same was referred back to retitioners.
The Primary assessr:.ent Roll in the matter of the constructionof
cement sidewalks on the East side of North 16th street, from Worth
y Street to the North Line of Lot 68 Yoffitts 3rd Add, Provided
for by Improvement Resolution number 44, was approved.
The Clerk was instructed to notify Messrs, Nolte and Henshaw to
at once file for Bonds for the contracts that were awarded them.
The Clerk was instructed to notify the Richmond Street & Interurban
Ry Co, to remove the ties from South E Street between South 8th and
9th streets, within thirty days.
