from the Third Ward, calling attention to the bad condition of
North "F" street, from 0aar's shop to the Champion Roller Yille,
same was taken under advisement.
The City Civil Engineer presented plans for the improvement of
the territory lying between Main and South A streets, and South
20th and 21st streets. The City Attorney was instructed to pre-
pare a resolutial for said improvement.

Wednesday July llth, 1906.
The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
met In regular session at the Office of said Board, Wed-
nesday, July llth, 1906, at 10 O'clock A. 11. All the members
of said Board being present, viz, Messrs, Zeller, Davenport
and Rosa. the following proceedings were had, to-wit:-
Improve::ient Resolution nwnber 62, providing for the irip-
rovenent of North 15th stret, from North "H" street to the
Whitewater river, was taken up, and after hearing the per-
sons interested in said improvement, and being fully
advised in the premises, the Board decided that the bene-
fits that would accrue to property liable to be assessed
for said improvement would equal or exceed the estimated
costs of said improvement, as shown by the estimate made
by the city Civil Engineer, and thereupon said Board takes
final action on said resolution, the swie being confirmed
without modification as originally adopted.
A communication was received from John L. Rupe and Mrs Paul
Graff, protesting against the improvement designated in
Improvement resolution number 62. the same was placed on
files
