Friday• The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, Mgt in regular session at the office of said Board Aniday, July 13th2 1906, At 10 O'Clock A. M. All the members of said Board being present, viz: Messrs, Zeller, Davenport and Rosa, the following proceedings were had, to -,wit: - The Engineer presented plans for the improvement of North 12th street, by the construction of cement sidewalks and curbs and F gutters along both sides thereof, from Main stre 1 to North street, and Improvement Resolution number 76, providing for said improvement was adopted unanimously by the Board.
