A petition was presented for the planing of an are light
at the first alley south of North A atret on Ft. Wayne Ave,
signed by William Simcoke and others. Same was taken under
advisement.
The Final assessment roll in the matter of tie improvement

The Board met to hear all persons interested in the matter
of the assessments made on account of• the "Vacation of Nor:

provided for by Declaratory Resolution number 7. Remonst-
rance being filed by Wil_.iam N. Gartside the Board pro-
