The Board met to hear all persons interested in the matter of the assessments made on account of• the "Vacation of Nor: 14th street from the north side of North "E" street to the north line of the right-of-way of the P. Co C. & et provided for by Declaratory Resolution number 7. Remonst- rance being filed by Wil_.iam N. Gartside the Board pro- ceeds to consider s@id remonstrance, after due consideratS of said remonstrance bir. Rosa moved that the award of damages allowed William N.
