takes final action in said matter, the said resolution being
confirmod :is originally adopted without modification. All the
members of the Board voting in tide affirmative.
A petition was presented for the construction, of cement side-
walks on both si'es of hinden Avenue from Lot 27 A. Fe G. AV'
to Ridge street. Same was referred to the City Civil Engineer
for plans and specifications. and resolution ordered yropared.
A petition was presented for the vacation of the alley runr.inc,
north and south between south lst street and astsoua. 2nd street e
south "A" street to the first alley running east and west' urae
was referred to tile city attorney for resolution.
