The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indians met in regular session at the Office of said Board., prIU,' 3rd, 1906, All the members of said Board being yresebt, v1i Messrs, Zeller. Davenport and Rosa. The following proceedln, were had, to -wit: - The Board met to hear remonstrances and persons interestedh Improvement provided for by Improvement Resolution nueber ". The construction of cement sidewalks on the South side Of Xain: street-lf±om"22nd• street" td-.23rd street, to a unlfon! width of Nine (9) feet. After hearing all those interested remonstrance elBorPa)attbfully Gieed inthe pemies, Paving ddecidethat heenefitsto property liable to be assessed for said improvement could equal or exceed the estimated costs as the same appearsfm the report and estimate of the City Civil Engineer, and t e!� upon ts:e Board takes final action upon said resolution, tts same being confirmed without modification. The Board met to hear remonstrances and persons interested In the improvement provided for by Improvement Resolution number 80. (No remonstrance having been filed. ) after 11e8rJ4 all those interested and being fully advised in the premicas the Board takes fin<:1 action in said matter* the said Reso- lution being confirmed without modification. the Board sessed deciding that the borefits to property liable to be as for said improvement could equal or exceed its estimated costs as the same appears from the estivate made by the City Civil Engineer. A petition was furled signed by Be C. Pyle and others, askird for- the construction of a sanitary sewer in the territoTY .a between North llth and 12th streets from North "R" street' the river. Same was received and placed on file. A comrunication was received from A. C. Ogborn realin8T oftie attention to the condition of the alley in the ad - property owned by Joan Sullivan. Same was taken under visement. Now,, Us It Resolved, by the BoardofPublic Works of thn tye City f Richr_ond, that the said street or roadwaybe and is hereby daclared "Vacated" as above described in accordance with the proceedings had in this behalf and the Superinten- dent of Metropolitan Police of said City be, and he is hereby directed to enforce the provisions of this Resolution.
