The motion presented to the Com*ion Council by Mr. Bartel,
as follows, to-wit:-
1 move that the Board of Public Works
be directed to have the Street Commissioner construct fence
along lands of John F. Miller, on North loth street, said
fence having bedn removed by the City for the purpose of
widening the roadway just south of the bridge with the agree•
ment and understanding with said Miller that Jhe City would
replace the fence as soon as the fill was made* Said d eliter
